Regina Mason holds her M.Ed. from Antioch New England, with Waldorf and public education certifications. Her journey with Waldorf began in Camphill Village and has continued through 24 years of homeschooling her children, with a two-year experience of “life in a school” as a class teacher in Ann Arbor.
A fiber artist, shepherdess, and mother of six, she heads The Shepherd’s Child, a handwork studio at BelleWeather Farm in rural New York, where she teaches weaving, spinning, felting and knitting. There, through handwork, festivals, homeschooling, farming and retreats, she and her husband work with a growing community of artists, musicians, and families in celebration of the cycles of nature. On the road, Regina brings homespun traditions to colleges, schools, homeschool collectives and fiber events throughout the Northeast.
